The main objective of the 2nd Regional E-Health and Telemedicine Workshop, Ministerial Conference and International Trade Exhibition is to have high level dialogue with different stakeholders on how technology can enhance healthcare delivery, brainstorm on the issue of ICT regulations especially those related to e-health, how to enhance usage of e-health platforms in East Africa and what should be done to improve/strengthen the healthcare infrastructure with ICT for health.
